Wow! Wife and I just had the most amazing burgers to-go at Cuban B's! I got the El Macho, she got the Mr Fü & we both shared a Strawberries-N-Creme cupcake, Note: all Burgers come with tater-tots. They drew a cool pic on the to-go boxes, too ...You might be thinking, "Meh - tater tots" but Nooo, these are the best I've ever had. So crispy outside and flaky inside.
My burger was awesome, literally top 5 I've ever had. I like it spicy and it did not disappoint! Jalapeños with pepper jack cheese and spices topped with avocado creme sauce! It was perfect.
I surprised my wife with the Mr Fü. She doesn't like mayo and it didn't come with any so that was my only deciding factor when I ordered for her. She loved hers too, kept asking me what it was and commended on how good the bun was. It was a Korean style burger - even had kimchi!
The cupcake was made from local plant city strawberry's - I think it was the best I can remember ever having. These guys are seriously good at cupcakes too, you've got to try one when you visit. They change flavors weekly I believe.
Bottom line is these guys rock burgers and cupcakes like no other. I visited them when they were at the brewery at lake hunter. Amazing sunset and a perfect cool breeze off the lake. They can be hard to track down as they travel all over west-central FL, your best bet is to join their Facebook page and you'll get alerts where they will be next. Give them a try and pick a different burger that sounds good to you, I'm looking forward to my next visit. -

Had some of this food truck while they were over at Brew Hub. I've wanted a burger with plantain buns for a while so I was happy that they had the SouthXSouthwest burger which had just that. It was amazing! Like a regular burger but with plantain buns and some delicious garlic aioli sauce. The beef had delicious flavor and it went well with the aioli. Also tried the ham croquettes and they had a good taste. My son tore those up and their tater tots, which is what the burgers come with. The staff was friendly and she even walked my food inside which she didn't have to do. If I ever see this food truck around elsewhere I'd definitely try it again. Maybe also get some dessert too.

I got the classic burger. I asked for it to be cooked medium, and instead it was cooked medium well; hardly any pink in that burger. But it was well seasoned, and the arugula was a nice touch. The tots were super crispy and delicious. I definitely will come back and try some of their more exotic burgers.
